Role Description This is a full-time remote Project Manager role responsible for overseeing tokenization projects for real-world assets from initiation through completion. The Project Manager will coordinate cross-functional teams, define project scopes and timelines, track milestones, and manage risks to ensure successful delivery within regulatory and technical requirements. Daily activities include organizing stakeholder meetings, maintaining project documentation, monitoring progress against plans, and addressing issues or dependencies that may impact schedules or quality. The role also involves aligning internal and external resources, collaborating with partners and vendors, and providing clear status updates to leadership and clients. Qualifications

• Project Management skills for planning, executing, and monitoring complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.

• Expeditor and Expediting capabilities to drive tasks to completion, follow up on deliverables, and resolve bottlenecks.

• Inspection experience to review project outputs, assess quality, and verify compliance with standards and requirements.

• Logistics Management skills to coordinate resources, timelines, and dependencies across technical, legal, and operational teams.

• Experience managing projects in financial services, fintech, blockchain, or tokenization environments is highly beneficial.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

• Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Kanban, or hybrid frameworks).

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
